很多客户反馈exact manager报错“无法访问服务器，请确保已连接到internet并已指定正确的服务器地址”，电子版的色库文件也无法访问到。

问题出在软件版本低导致，需要更新到最新版的exact manager予以解决，新版的软件下载链接如下：
